Features Introduction

The sixth-generation edge grinding machine adopts the principle and structure of four-side edge grinding, with grinding wheels adjustable forward and backward to meet the edge grinding needs of glass of different specifications. The grinding wheels can use commonly available diamond wheels and resin wheels on the market, featuring fast replacement and long service life.

The grinding effect is delicate without edge chipping, and the self-explosion rate of tempered glass is low. It can be directly connected to a washing machine from the front or side for online cleaning. The machine is equipped with a water-based Low-E film removal device, and the movable platforms on both sides can be folded freely according to grinding requirements. A bottom edge grinding device can be added as per customer requirements.
